Cashflow budget is a forecasted statement of cash receipts and disbursements. It is one of the important components of a master budget.

The cashflow budget is heavily affected by the level of operations summarized in the budgeting income statement.

The cashflow budget is presented in several formats and the most common format is as follows:

1.  Cash from operations.

2.  Cash from investing activities.

3.  Cash from financing activities,
